The ChemQuest Group, a global consulting firm focused on tailored business strategy and optimization, technology acceleration, market intelligence, and M&A advisory services for the specialty materials industry, has appointed Scott Reams as its latest new director.

Over the course of his career, primarily with Milliken & Co., Reams developed a strong background in strategy development and execution, business and process improvement, and technical sales in niche markets. He served in numerous roles with Milliken, including director of International Licensing, director of Residential Floorcovering, marketing manager for the Residential Business, process management improvement leader, Milliken Performance System leader, and advanced process chemist.

A past president of the Alabama Textile Education Foundation Board of Trustees, Reams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in textile chemistry.
